HOW TO GET STARTED
1. BOOK AN INTRO CALL WITH KADHI
The first step is to have a 20 minute introductory call where we can assess if we’re well suited to work together. These calls are free of charge and are conducted over the phone. You can book your call at this link.
2. SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION
Once we’ve had our intro call and determined we’d like to start working together, I will send a follow up email that’ll include a link to my scheduling calendar where you can book your first session.
3. SUBMIT PAYMENT BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Clients are responsible for submitting payment anytime before their appointments. You can use the buttons found at the bottom of my scheduling page to submit payment. I accept payments through Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal. I do not accept insurance.

✶ 1-hour CounselinG session - $185 USD
Payment due anytime before the session.
✶ Packages of 3 sessions - $500 USD
*Packages are only available for regular clients who book weekly or biweekly.Full payment due at time of first session. Must be used within a year of purchase.
✶ FIRST SESSION FOR NEW CLIENTS - $150 USD
I welcome new clients to try out their first session with me at a discounted rate of $150 for a 60 minute session.
Payments can be made via Venmo or PayPal. I do not accept insurance.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY:
I ask that my clients honor my time and theirs by only booking appointments they prioritize attending. If absolutely needed, clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule sessions up to 24 hours before the appointment. Giving longer notice is always preferred as it gives me more time to fill the vacancy.
No-shows, last minute reschedules and cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be expected to pay half of the fee owed. I understand that unforeseen emergencies and illnesses come up and I can waive the fee for these occasional occurrences. However, missed appointments due to a client’s scheduling error will be charged the cancellation fee. Additionally, repeated cancellations or reschedules may be grounds for termination of service.
